Provide physical therapy treatments including exercise, massage, and gait and balance training under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement therapeutic interventions as outlined in the patient's individualized care plan
Monitor and document patient progress accurately following each treatment session
Report treatment results and patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
Collaborate with the care team and patients' families to support meaningful rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience (required)
Active Texas state license or valid compact license (required)
Current and valid Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in good standing
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility setting
Familiarity with personalized care planning and goal-oriented rehabilitation approaches
