Provide physical therapy treatments including exercise, massage, and gait and balance training under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement therapeutic interventions as outlined in the patient's individualized care plan
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Report treatment results and patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
Deliver rehabilitative care within a long-term care setting, supporting patients through short and extended recovery stays
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience (required)
Active Texas PTA license or valid compact state license accepted in Texas (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Familiarity with creating and following personalized, goal-oriented care plans
