Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oregon (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract assignment experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy documentation and workflows
