Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maryland
• Current state or federally issued photo identification required
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge throughout the duration of each shift
• Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills in a clinical environment
