Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients throughout all treatment sessions
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maryland
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule across any day of the week, including weekends
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-volume therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and patient needs
