Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
• Maintain a safe and professional environment while adhering to all facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain
• Valid state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
• 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed throughout the duration of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
