Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing individualized patient treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional mobility training
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and plan of care updates
• Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to fulfill a 12-week travel contract beginning in August 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a similar clinical setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
