Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• See approximately 12–14 patients per day, meeting a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected within clinic workflow
• Float to other nearby clinic locations as needed
• Work collaboratively with supervising physical therapists to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Prior travel or multi-site clinical experience required
• Experience working with an outpatient patient population
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Comfort with high patient volume and double-booking scheduling models
