Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the PT
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and progress
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
• Must provide valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and workflows
