Key Responsibilities- Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
