Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions to patients in an acute care environment
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning
- Float to additional units within the facility as operationally required
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday day shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
- Familiarity with floating between units in a multi-unit facility
- Previous travel assignment experience
