Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate patient progress and any changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
• Must obtain and maintain a permanent state license for the assignment location

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and therapy-specific software
