Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment notes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate patient status updates and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Required Qualifications- Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Ability to work day shift hours
- Compliance with all applicable state and facility requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) documentation software
