Key Responsibilities- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitative interventions to patients
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
