Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals
• Maintain a valid state-issued photo ID and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
• Ability to comply with facility badging and identification requirements at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-need environment
