We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and improve patients’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve communication and cognitive skills
- Assess and treat dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
