Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services for patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations. The PTA works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and function.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
Monitor patient progress and report to the Physical Therapist
Educate patients on exercises and safe mobility techniques
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with the therapy team and healthcare staff
Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Required: Active PTA license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
Required: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
Preferred: Previous therapy or healthcare experience
