Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to meet a 30-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
