Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document care according to facility policies.
