Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Experience working with geriatric populations
• Strong documentation and communication skills
