Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver care across skilled nursing and outpatient settings
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active PTA license in the state of California
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Experience in an Outpatient (OP) setting
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior contract or travel therapy experience
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills
