Key Responsibilities- Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Minimum of 35 hours per week availability
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
