Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday coverage | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services within an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist for patients in the acute rehab unit
• Provide occasional coverage on the acute care side of the facility as needed
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately using the facility's EMR system (Allscripts)
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license valid in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience working in an inpatient acute rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Allscripts EMR
• Flexibility to provide occasional coverage across acute care units
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed
