Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
