Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting across the greater Sacramento County area
• Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses including cardiopulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
• Maintain a productivity goal of 5–6 patient visits per day
• Travel to patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area, with mileage reimbursed at the GSA rate with prior approval

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Experience working across multiple diagnoses including cardiopulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric populations
• Ability to manage a caseload of 5–6 patients per day in a home health environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field-based travel throughout the greater Sacramento area

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior home health experience strongly preferred
• Established experience working independently in a field-based or community care setting
