Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Deliver patient care consistent with the outpatient therapy setting and established plan of care
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Texas licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
