Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout all treatment sessions
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and patient populations
