Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement patient treatment plans as directed, ensuring quality care and positive patient outcomes
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and credentialing requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Oregon (permanent state license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Ability to complete any facility-specific documentation requirements as part of the onboarding process
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
