Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement patient treatment plans as directed, ensuring quality care and positive patient outcomes
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Oregon (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Ability to complete any facility-specific documentation requirements as part of the onboarding process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
