Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• May be required to float to an additional care location in the surrounding area

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
• Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Experience working in a float or multi-site capacity
