Key Responsibilities- Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
- Participate in weekend rotation as part of the scheduled work assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour guaranteed weekly schedule including weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
