Key Responsibilities- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
