Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment in accordance with facility policies
• Must carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Mexico
• Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Minimum 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and patient populations
