Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
- Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in compliance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a clinical or facility-based rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
