    Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, No Weekends | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Flexible scheduling options available | Temp-to-Hire potential

    Key Responsibilities
    • Treat 10–12 patients per day within an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
    • Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions
    • Provide care for a diverse patient population ranging from ages 15–90
    • Manage a caseload including general orthopedics, post-operative cases, balance deficits, general deconditioning, and neurological conditions
    • Utilize AI-assisted documentation technology to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time, supporting efficient workflows and patient-focused care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in Delaware
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA
    • Outpatient orthopedic experience required
    • New graduates will not be considered
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • More than 1 year of outpatient orthopedic clinical experience strongly preferred
    • Experience treating post-operative and neurological patient populations
    • Comfort working with AI-assisted clinical documentation tools
