Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement patient treatment plans as directed, ensuring quality care and positive patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
- Adhere to facility policies, dress code, and compliance standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
- Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or relevant clinical setting
- Must meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
- Ability to commit to a 40-hour guaranteed workweek, with 32 hours during holiday weeks
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
