Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Implement individualized treatment plans and adjust techniques based on patient response
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Permanent Oregon state license required — compact license alone is not sufficient for this assignment
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract assignment experience in a therapy setting
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation protocols
