Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized patient care plans within an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required
• Permanent state licensure required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient for this assignment
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting required
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic documentation and patient management systems
