Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a safe and professional environment in accordance with facility policies
• Wear a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon entry to the facility
• Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Must be available Monday through Friday during day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and protocols
