Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goals
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge and present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and electronic health record systems
