Key Responsibilities

• Implement components of patient care plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Obtain and document data related to treatments provided during patient sessions
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to modify care plans as necessary based on patient progress
• Provide therapeutic treatment to individuals across all age groups, from newborns to end-of-life patients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Skills checklist completed within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations across varying acuity levels
• Familiarity with rehab workflows within a SNF or LTC setting
