Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with the plan of care
• Implement therapeutic interventions and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Ability to work a guaranteed 35-hour week schedule
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel therapy experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
