Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to home health patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement and carry out established treatment plans in a home health setting
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Adhere to facility dress code and all applicable home health policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) license – Virginia or Compact License required
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health LPTA experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Valid Driver's License required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a home health setting
• Familiarity with home care documentation and compliance standards
