Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, dress code requirements, and safety protocols
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Virginia
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
- Compliance with facility uniform policy: light grey scrub top with matching scrub bottoms or black slacks
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary care environment
