Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans within a rehabilitation setting
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and safe functional activities
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques
