Job Summary
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) specialty nurse position located in New York. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a high-acuity pediatric setting. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on patient safety and recovery, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care to critically ill children.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 11.5 hours per shift, minimum of 34.5 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification(s) in Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing, valid state (New York) nursing license, and at least 0 years of experience in pediatric intensive care nursing
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting, advanced certifications such as ENPC or TNCC, and familiarity with electronic fetal heart monitorin (EFM) protocol
- Additional Information: Candidates must be able to meet the clinical and operational demands of a high-acuity pediatric environment, including adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
