Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with a variety of health conditions.
• Administer medications and manage advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and IV pumps.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Perform rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed to ensure consistent patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Colorado RN license required.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a comparable PICU as a staff RN.
• Experience with Trilogy & Drager ventilators and related ICU equipment.
• Certifications in BLS and PALS required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in a teaching facility PICU preferred.
