Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a PICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to administer open heart and critical pediatric care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and professional health standards.
• Adapt care delivery to meet the fluctuating needs of critically ill pediatric patients.
• Effectively communicate with families and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
• Participate in unit meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN accepted with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Colorado RN License or Multi-State Compact License.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a CVPICU/Pediatric CICU setting.
• Current PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• Previous travel nursing experience required.
• Experience with VAD preferred; Pediatric CCRN strongly preferred.
