Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in the critical care setting.
• Float to PICU, NICU, CICU, and acute care floors as required.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and collaborate with the care team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform 1:1 patient observation assignments when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including infection control and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active Colorado RN License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pediatric Critical Care.
• Prior travel experience required; will not accept first-time traveler RNs.
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications from AHA are mandatory.
• Experience with critical care float pool and ICU settings preferred.
• Medical and religious exemption requests for influenza vaccination are allowed.
