Job Title: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Sleep Study Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 Hours Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sleep Disorders field, pediatric experience required License: ND Respiratory Care Lic., Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) Certifications: BLS Certification, RPSGT via BRPT Must-Have: - Pediatric experience - ND license Description: This position requires performing sleep studies and administering treatments on patients with sleep disorders, including CPAP, O2, and Bilevel. The equipment utilized includes Natus Xltek sleep testing equipment and Resmed Pap machines. The shift will consist of 12-hour overnight shifts, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The ratio of technologists to patients will be 1:2 in the Sleep lab. The dress code for this role is grey scrubs. Training will involve working with experienced sleep technologists to learn workflows, policies, and testing procedures. All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility. No weekends or holidays are required for this position.
