**Exciting Opportunity for RN - Mother Baby Unit!** **Job Description:** - Location: Asheville, NC - Unit: Mother Baby Unit - Number of Beds: 34 private couplet rooms - Staff: 78 dedicated professionals - Typical Patient Ratios: 1:3-4 couplets - Equipment: Alaris pumps, Bilirubin blankets/lights - EMR System: Cerner **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a supportive environment. - Collaborate effectively with a passionate team of nurses and support staff. - Participate in typical procedures performed on the unit, including circumcisions. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Mother Baby experience - **Preferred Skills:** - Travel experience - Caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post delivery - STABLE certification **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player who loves to teach and share knowledge with colleagues. **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) **Additional Information:** - Floating Areas: L&D and NICU as helping hands - Dress Code: Navy Blue and white scrubs - Weekends: Required; no call shifts --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
